Withdrawing an offer?

Is it possible to withdraw an offer for a player? Not definately wanting to, just need to know.

Would appreciate a failry swift answer on this one, Scott Parker is undergoing a medical as we speak!

If not possible, "Scott is a player I have been tracking for years and I am delighted to finally get him"

Once you have committed to a bid then you have to keep to that bid I'm afraid, unless of course another manager enters the race for the players signature and outbids you.
